The level of “partnering” employed in the Baileys project is also apparent in the ongoing Dublin Port Tunnel project. The Cogan & Shackleton Practice is engaged on a “design and build” basis with the Main M&E Contractor. The project has been taken from a conceptual preliminary design, through a detailed design submission, to the current construction phase design.

The Tunnel project is a multinational venture and brings together many specialist manufacturers and providers. Good communication and adherence to agreed procedures and timetables has been maintained to the benefit of the project and clients.
