Commercial & Industrial projects form a major part of the Partnership’s portfolio. The recently completed Baileys Production Facility in Mallusk for Diageo/Guinness is a state of the art plant.

The control technologies designed for this project allowed integration, automation and optimisation of all services – the aim being to yield cost reductions and large energy savings. The project required very effective liasion with specialist manufacturers at all stages of the design and installation. The whole project was both budget and time constrained.
